1. What if I receive damaged product?
We choose products that are not only in trend but also have superior quality. Before despatch, we thoroughly check the product and only then pack it. However there might be minimal chances of defects. Yet you can report to us with the right pictures by either call or whatsapp on 9966970091. After thorough examination, we shall do the needful done.
2. How many days do you take to ship the product?
We despatch the product at the end of the day the order is placed. Thus it shall take 4 to 5 working days to reach to any location in India. For exporting the product out of the country, the time is subject to availability of our courier partners. However the same shall be informed during the confirmation of the delivery.
3. How is the mode of payment?
As of now we only have payment means through mobile banking using various apps, paytm, GooglePay, PayZapp. Incase of non availability of mobile app, you can do third party transfer to our bank account. Details of the same shall be messaged to you as and when required.
4. Is Cash on Delivery available?
We do not have cash on delivery process,COD. The product is sent to you only after payment is made and teh same is confirmed verbally on call or on message.
